Return Policy
Molly & Marley have a 30 day return policy, which means that you have 30 days after receiving your order to send your return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must best be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it in.
- Sale or seconds items can NOT be returned.
We recommend that you carefully try new items indoors, just in case you need to return them.
How Do I return an Item?
Inspect Your Items:
Please always inspect all products upon receiving your order and get in touch with us immediately if the item(s) are damaged, faulty or you for some reason have received the wrong products.
How To Return Items:
If you wish to return your item(s), please copy and paste the questions below along with your answers and email it to: info@mollyandmarley.com and add RETURN in the subject line:

- Why would you like to return the item(s)?
- Is the product faulty?
- If the product is faulty or broken, please attach an image of the product in the email.
We usually reply to any business queries within 2-4 hours during business hours 8am-5pm.
Please be aware that we currently are unable to offer FREE returns, so we do have to charge a fee of £3.50 for UK returns and 6€ for other EU returns.
Can I Exchange a Product?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. You are welcome to return any unwanted items and make a separate purchase for the new item/s.
Refunds
Once the product or products are received and inspected, we will notify you and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
You’ll then be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus any postage costs.
Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
UK Delivery
All items are shipped from our Head Office in Norfolk. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, Evri or DPD (Next Day delivery).
You will be emailed with a shipping confirmation once we have processed your order. We will also send you a tracking code with a link to the service used. Please make sure you have given an active email address or phone number to receive updates on your order.
Do You Deliver Outside of The United Kingdom?
Yes, we currently ship to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
Please note, all import duty is already paid for when you are ordering so there will be NO surprise charges after you've checked out.
