Inspect Your Items: Please always inspect all products upon receiving your order and get in touch with
us immediately if the item(s) are damaged, faulty or you for some reason have
received the wrong products.
How To Return Items:
If you wish to return your items), please copy and paste the questions below
along with your answers and email it to: info@mollyandmarley.com and add
RETURN in the subject line:
- Order Number:
- Why would you like to return the item(s)?
- Is the product faulty?
- If the product is faulty or broken, please attach an image of the product in the
email.
We usually reply to any business queries within 2-4 hours during business hours
8am-5pm.
Please be aware that we currently are unable to offer FREE returns, so we do have
to charge a fee of £3.50 for UK returns and 6€ for other EU returns.
